Job Summary
A company is looking for an Adobe Target Experimentation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, configure, launch, and monitor A/B, multivariate, and automated personalization tests in Adobe Target
- Analyze test performance and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, analytics, and development teams to identify optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target in a production environment
- Strong understanding of web experimentation methodologies (A/B, MVT, personalization)
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Adobe Analytics
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for test setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with data layers and tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium)
