Job Summary
A company is looking for an After Hours Support Specialist responsible for managing after-hours communication with customers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, carriers, and team members
- Oversee shipment tracking and coordinate schedules with carriers
- Update the Transportation Management System and implement conflict resolution as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in transportation or logistics preferred but not required
- Associates or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Willingness to work overnight and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
