Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to join their growing team in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and establish new teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement within Agile practices across the organization
• Create training materials and document processes, standards, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in Agile coaching
• Experience in an SDLC role within an Agile organization (e.g., Scrum Master, Engineer, SDET)
• Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Change Management techniques
• Experience in a wide-scale Agile Transformation and as part of an Agile Center of Excellence (desirable)
