Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their insurance needs through high-volume inbound calls
- Educate customers about coverage options and offer tailored products
- Build and maintain relationships with customers in a remote work environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required for bilingual positions
- Must have a designated workspace free from distractions
- High-speed internet and a wired connection to the company's hardware are required
