Key Responsibilities
- Identify and curate creators and artists aligned with campaign strategies and brand guidelines
- Manage partnership lifecycle, including negotiation, proposals, and relationship building
- Analyze creator performance and develop strategies for optimization and innovation in creator marketing
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, artist relations, or partnerships, preferably in the music or entertainment industry
- Proficiency in social media strategy and content creation for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with trends and tools in creator marketing, especially within the music space
- Strong negotiation and copywriting skills
