Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager with experience in a call center in a social services or health care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in project management plan development and updates
- Manage performance to meet key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Coordinate recruitment, training, and continuous quality improvement activities
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in social work or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of child welfare experience
- At least 3 years of experience working with immigrant youth and underserved families
- At least 2 years of call-center experience
- Experience working with federal, state, or local stakeholder organizations
- U.S. Citizenship
