- 2-5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in education or sports
- Former college athlete or coach with knowledge of recruiting
- Motivated by results and thrives in high-performance environments
- Organized and proactive with strong ownership of schedule
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
