Automotive Diagnostic Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Diagnostic Technician (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and support incoming appointments from brand customers regarding vehicle concerns
• Document and triage vehicle issues for resolution
• Coordinate and schedule dealership appointments for customers when troubleshooting is unsuccessful

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate; automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE)
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 1-3 years of experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, or hybrid vehicles preferred
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools and dealer information software
