Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Post Closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Post Closing team, focusing on employee development and performance coaching
• Review loan dispositions to ensure salability and compliance with investor guidelines
• Oversee the suspended loan review process and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a post-closing management role
• Minimum 5 years of Non-Agency, Non-QM, and Jumbo underwriting experience
• Extensive understanding of agency and investor guidelines
• Knowledge of regulatory rules and regulations
• Prior experience with Encompass is a plus
