Clinical Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Clinical Operations to build and lead a clinical operations team focused on advancing clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical project plans aligned with corporate objectives
• Provide oversight of clinical operation activities for multiple clinical trials
• Ensure clinical trial compliance with SOPs and GCP/ICH guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/CRO settings
• At least 10 years of clinical operations experience and 5 years in a supervisory role
• Proven success in managing complex drug development trials
• In-depth knowledge of clinical operations management and federal regulatory requirements
