A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist - Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with non-English speaking clients to enhance service levels and revenue growth
- Act as a liaison between Account Managers and Financial Institutions, utilizing bilingual and cultural knowledge to attract and retain customers
- Provide training and guidance to team members regarding cultural nuances and relationship-building strategies
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experience in customer service, customer development, or customer maintenance
- Basic computer operation skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be 18 years of age or older
