Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Dine' Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call
- Guide and educate customers about health care topics and benefit plan options
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating online resources
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Dine'
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for occasional overtime
