Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - French & Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pre and post purchase inquiries, ensuring a great customer experience
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to rental sales and manage rental truck inventory levels
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands and enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• One year or more of experience in sales and/or customer service required
• Bilingual in French and Spanish is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Must complete three weeks of onsite training in Alpharetta, GA
