Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support for Qolsys, DSC, and Sur-Gard products
- Respond to customer calls and resolve issues within SLA times
- Support both application software and hardware products and provide feedback to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in French
- Strong technical background or an associate degree preferred
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to navigate IT and interactive communication tools
- Previous experience in a technical support or fault-finding role is helpful
