Billing and Posting Resolution Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Billing and Posting Resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations
• Provide operational oversight and mentorship for the Billing Coordinator while ensuring accurate and timely billing
• Implement and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring revenue and expenses meet or exceed budget expectations

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• 5 years previous hospital billing experience
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations, procedure and diagnosis coding, and automated insurance billing
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years Medicare hospital billing experience preferred
