Billing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and manages cross-functional partnerships between credit, customer service, and the sales team
• Generates accurate and timely billing transactions and processes customer credits and adjustments
• Ensures credit memos are processed in accordance with GAAP and other applicable guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, accounting, or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and enterprise resource programs (e.g., Oracle, Frontier, OFS)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and engage with cross-functional teams
