Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment; 5-6 years if no retail energy experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Previous retail energy experience is preferred
- Experience in customer service and handling escalations
