Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Director to plan and execute sales activities for new business development and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop meaningful client relationships through meetings and business issue diagnosis
- Conduct prospecting and outreach to achieve personal sales and gross profit goals
- Partner with the Delivery team to fulfill strategic resourcing and project opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a service offering
- Experience in prospecting, targeting, closing, and account management
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
- High sense of urgency and self-confidence in a results-oriented environment
