Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely responses and accurate CRM entry
- Support outbound outreach to target organizations to increase the pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with Sales VPs on trade show efforts, meeting coordination, and reporting on lead conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Demonstrated history of consistent follow-up and task ownership
- Experience in customer call handling and customer-facing communication
- Outbound call experience preferred
