A company is looking for a Sales Director, NP Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and renewal, focusing on long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow adoption of educational solutions across nursing programs
- Build and manage relationships with nursing program partners to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience, preferably in higher education, healthcare, or edtech
- Deep familiarity with the nursing education space, including NCLEX and NP programs
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and meet revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience selling to nursing schools or within the academic medical space is a bonus
