Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Bilingual Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits
- Support all divisions by serving as the first point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs and maximizing savings
- Assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products during peak times
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Accident & Health resident insurance license required, or must obtain by a certain deadline
- Recent insurance, call center, or work-from-home experience required
- Ability to complete AHIP and additional onboarding requirements by a given deadline
