• 8+ years of experience in strategy/operations at high-growth tech companies
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
• Proven ability to execute complex cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics; experience in AI/ML/enterprise software is a plus
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a high-ownership attitude
