Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain system health while troubleshooting issues
• Provide user support and training

Required Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise cores and applications, specifically Fiserv-Datasafe and Fiserv-Nautilus
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Ability to work independently
• Strong background in documentation and reporting
• Experience in coordinating with vendors and IT teams
