A company is looking for an Accounting and Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review timesheets for accuracy and compliance with state labor laws
- Process bi-weekly payroll and assist with employee onboarding and benefits administration
- Manage payroll documentation and assist with accounts payable and reconciliation tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll and human resources experience, preferably with multi-location exposure
- 5+ years of general accounting and/or accounts payable experience
- Strong working knowledge of ADP, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
