Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum five years of management experience in a healthcare or insurance call center environment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating weekend and holiday coverage
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends
