Key Responsibilities
- Support contract execution by adhering to established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage incentive tracking to ensure timely, budget-compliant execution, while maintaining accurate documentation and providing regular reporting updates
- Proactively identify operational issues and partner with stakeholders to implement effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience
- Prior experience in creating and implementing operations processes, ideally in a technology company or startup
- Proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets programs
- Strong ability to multitask and a bias for action
