Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Health Plan Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contributing member of the Audits department and lead auditor for performance measure validation audits
• Manage multiple client contracts and act as the primary point-of-contact and subject matter expert
• Mentor and train junior staff while overseeing audit operations and project management tasks

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field
• At least seven years of work experience in healthcare and ten years overall
• Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor (CHCA) required
• Minimum of five years of auditing experience, with four years as a lead auditor in HEDIS auditing
• At least two years of supervisory experience, including mentoring junior staff
