- 7+ years of experience in a similar role focused on indirect sales and channel development
- Proven track record of achieving targets related to partner recruitment and pipeline generation
- Experience with reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach
