Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Account Manager responsible for strategic account management for SMB to Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and provide excellent customer support within assigned accounts
- Upsell, cross sell, and retain existing SMB and Enterprise customer base
- Develop a sales penetration strategy for account portfolio and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
- Experience in sales, including cold calling and direct selling
