Chief Electrical Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Electrical Estimator, HV and Energy Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the estimating department for all estimates
• Prepare competitive and accurate cost estimates, including reviewing proposal specifications and drawings
• Develop, mentor, and train a team of estimators while tracking bid results and maintaining records

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of electrical estimating experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with Accubid estimating software
• Understanding of substation, transmission, switchyard, energy storage, and electrical design components
• Licensed Master Electrician or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
