Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships and sourcing strategies for product segments
• Oversee sourcing deliverables throughout the product lifecycle, including supplier selection and negotiations
• Collaborate with Supplier Development and Quality to ensure material flow meets project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, or Supply Chain
• Proven executive leadership experience in a global matrix organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive results through fact-based negotiations
• Experience managing cost-out projects against scope, schedule, and budget
