Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Procurement Specialist responsible for executing procurement activities across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors and ensure accurate procurement data
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing necessary supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely processing of orders and invoices
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of relevant work experience in procurement
- BA or equivalent experience in Procurement Practices
- Experience with enterprise accounting and purchasing systems
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to provide guidance to the Procurement team and manage daily assignments
