Global Procurement Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Procurement Director to oversee the procurement function within the Industrial & Logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global procurement across 80+ manufacturing sites with a focus on EMEA and AMS regions
• Drive strategic procurement integration for acquired brands and lead organizational change initiatives
• Manage team performance, including training, mentoring, and conducting evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility required
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to achieve targets across multiple departments
