Part Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Sourcing Specialist to help get customers back on the road safely by sourcing the right parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Source out-of-stock parts internally and externally, optimizing cost-effectiveness and delivery time
• Track inbound part shipments using multiple systems, providing regular updates to customers and partners
• Confirm receipt of sourced items through invoice audits and resolution of purchase order discrepancies

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Experience within warehousing, part sourcing, distribution, or supply chain is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and collaborative work style
