Senior Procurement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing Procurement Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing and supply partner relationship efforts across the enterprise
• Develop and execute category management strategies while understanding market trends
• Negotiate complex vendor contracts and support the development of supplier performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of category management experience, including contract management and negotiation
• 4+ years of experience in procurement or supplier management in pharmacy operations
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, health insurance, or managed care industries
• Ability to navigate ambiguities and demonstrate leadership in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
