Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and adjust claims, ensuring compliance with authority limits and standard procedures
- Update claims audit records by entering, verifying, and securing data
- Settle standard and complex claims through payment or denial
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of claims experience with a complete understanding of systems, policies, and procedures
- Experience with Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System (ITS) Claims preferred
- Proficient in analyzing information gathered from investigations
- Ability to attend training sessions to improve job knowledge
