A company is looking for a Claims Auditor Supervisor to manage a team of auditors and ensure compliance with company policies while providing exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the auditing team and assist with complex claim inquiries and policy questions
- Conduct random audits of claims, providing statistical reports to management
- Analyze and document claim issues, ensuring adherence to policy provisions and industry standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in group insurance, managed care, and direct medical claims products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and claims-related software
- Knowledge of COB, Medicare, HIPAA, CPT, ICD9/ICD 10, and employer group health plan benefits
- Ability to motivate and coach team members
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while meeting performance standards
