A company is looking for a Claims Telephonic Initiation Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer claimant calls regarding disability and FMLA claims, initiating claims in a call center environment
- Educate customers on their claim or leave needs and advise on next steps in the process
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and quality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-1+ years of administrative support, customer service, or data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must have internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps
