Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Executive - Talent Solutions Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposal development, and closing
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive awareness and interest in talent acquisition offerings
- Partner with marketing on lead generation and demand creation initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in talent acquisition or financial services
- Demonstrated success prospecting and closing complex deals with senior executives
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with accountability for pipeline generation and revenue goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Deep interest in talent acquisition and human resources strongly preferred
