Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Executive - Talent Solutions Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposal development, and closing
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive awareness and interest in talent acquisition offerings
  • Partner with marketing on lead generation and demand creation initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in talent acquisition or financial services
  • Demonstrated success prospecting and closing complex deals with senior executives
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with accountability for pipeline generation and revenue goals
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Deep interest in talent acquisition and human resources strongly preferred
