Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Partner to lead and grow client relationships for large IT outsourcing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for GCC-based clients
- Drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of outsourcing deals and identifying new business opportunities
- Oversee delivery excellence and ensure client satisfaction through effective resource alignment and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in IT account management, with at least 5 years on large outsourcing projects
- Proven success in managing large portfolios, preferably in GCC environments
- Strong expertise in IT outsourcing models and global operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields; MBA preferred
