Key Responsibilities
- Proactively interact with clients to align marketing strategies with their business goals
- Complete marketing recap reports and meet with clients to review campaign performance
- Assist Senior Client Success Managers with day-to-day tasks and maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with project management software
- Foundational knowledge of PPC and SEO strategies preferred
- Ability to gather and analyze data to create comprehensive reports
- Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
