Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with enrollment into manufacturer and foundation assistance programs
- Maintain records of patients and co-pay assistance programs and provide updates to management
- Manage the financial hardship program, including maintaining enrollments and qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of medical billing or insurance verification experience
- Experience with co-pay assistance and foundation programs is highly preferred
- Knowledge of pharmacy and government healthcare
