Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Coding Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee medical coding staff to ensure accurate and compliant coding of diagnoses and procedures
• Manage client service level agreements and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Collaborate with teams to improve coding quality and develop new services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• National coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical coding
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Ongoing CEUs to maintain credentials and stay current with coding standards
