Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Commercial) to lead product expansion initiatives across Commercial lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to drive understanding and adoption of Commercial products within the GTM Regional Teams
- Partner with the Commercial team and Marketing Strategist to develop and execute strategic plans
- Identify and prioritize strategic field activities to foster relationships with agencies and partners
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in GTM, sales, product growth, or market expansion roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Experience leading strategic product advocacy efforts and collaborating with senior business unit leaders
- Extensive expertise in executive-level event prioritization and field engagement
- 8+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, growth, or market expansion roles is highly preferred
