Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support its Business Development Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Business Development Center (BDC) process in line with company strategies and standards
- Respond to customer inquiries from the CRM within 15 minutes during store hours
- Schedule appointments for in-store visits and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Call center, customer service, or sales experience required
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools (or willing to learn quickly)
- Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
