Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist responsible for monitoring compliance across various client activities and providing guidance on compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance of speaker programs and meetings across multiple client accounts
• Serve as a compliance advisor and review post-event documentation
• Assist with compliance-focused processes and support event reconciliation and audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of compliance experience, preferably with pharmaceutical meetings
• Knowledge of Speaker Program rules and regulations (OIG, DOJ, PhRMA Code)
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and Excel skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
