Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project performance data and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Establish and monitor risk management protocols and implement contingency plans
- Ensure compliance of project documentation with company policies and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and regulations
- Experience with large-scale or complex construction projects is preferred
- Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes is desired
