Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to appropriate destinations using established metrics and productivity standards
- Process on-call provider requests and handle emergency calls while following prescribed protocols
- Provide information to the public and perform data entry tasks related to patient information and contact directories
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of call or contact center experience or 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification preferred
- Ability to handle stressful situations and function under pressure
