Content Moderator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Moderator.

Key Responsibilities

• Review content (videos, images, text, live-streaming, and audio) according to client's processes and policies
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate education required (currently attending college or university, pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to news and editorial workstreams using content moderation tools
• Strong understanding of community guidelines and online safety standards
• Ability to stay objective and avoid personal bias during reviews
