Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage vendor and customer contracts and support internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of various vendor and customer contracts, including reviewing and editing agreements
- Maintain a library of legal documents and templates, updating as necessary
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations requiring legal input and support internal teams on contract needs
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with commercial contract review, including 2 years in software (SaaS experience required)
- Paralegal license is an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience with a Contract Management System
- Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign is beneficial
- Knowledge of procurement tools and methodology is highly valued
